Realistically, it's nothing to worry about. The procedure for administering it is sort of un-nerving for me because I had no idea what to expect. The medical tech gets behind a portable shield before opening this little metal thermos looking thing. You then drink it with a sort of a straw. Icky warm salt water, then you get a tap water chaser and are quickly ushered out the back door. The nuke med people have to everything they can to limit their exposure, because they make people glow in the dark every day. We just get 'the juice' a few times in our lifetime.
