Guest guest
I've decided to switch to another local chapter at the beginning of April Okay, I'm going to be horrible and do a cheer! Janet will be in my chapter!! YAY!! I can actually see you more now! We had so much fun this summer, saw you all the time, now I just run into you when I'm doing something with food! LOL! Just kidding! Really though, I'm so excited to get you with us!! It'll be great... we now officially have a huge group.. at least one person joining each week since the new year, last week we had 2! But that's nice too, and pretty soon you'll be here!! The walking video's. They are great! I heard about them this summer from Jackie. They are by Sansone, well, the ones I have. And she's just in her studio and walking. A good pace, and you can get your heart rate up, but you don't sweat like crazy. One day I was late to my friends, and so I decided to not change. I had no problem doing it in my street clothes. Which I like as well-- can do it on the run! We can meet up somewhere, and I'll let you borrow one, I have 4... I like them a lot though! Walmart has a pack of 3 different ones with a stretchie, that's like $23 I believe... I got that after I got the first one and liked it so much! Are you going to get a new treadmill? Walmart has some nice ones right now if you are! We're going out walking now, me and my kiddo. So talk with you all later! ~*~~*~ Change is inevitable, except from a vending machine

I can actually see you more now! Aawwwww, thanks. I'm looking forward to it. My last meeting w/ current chapter will be Sat. March 20th, but I won't transfer over until Tues. the 30th of March, since our chapter will still officially be together at SRD.The walking video's. They are great! She has a whole workout room full of equipment that she doesn't use. I don't want to buy another treadmill. If I buy another piece of equipment, it'll be an eliptical thingamajig. That was my favorite thing to work out on at the gym that I used to go to. Hand in hand, together we can. Janet 278.75 starting wt / 239.75 current wt / 39 lbs lost / 74.75 to goal Finish each day and be done with it. Tomorrow is a new day; begin it well. I can't do but 5 minutes at a time on them. I have one, got it for free when someone was throwing it away. But I've gotten out of teh habit of using stuff that I have... I need to get better about it. I'm trying, slowly but surely... ~*~~*~ Change is inevitable, except from a vending machine

I can't do but 5 minutes at a time on them. The first time that I got on one, I barely made it for 4 minutes! Within a couple of weeks I worked up to 20 minutes, then strength training, then back on the eliptical for another 10 minutes. But, it was never easy, I had some serious internal dialog going on as I tried to talk myself into not getting off of it after the first 7 or 8 minutes!
