Brigite, Thank you, I really need to know I'm not alone. It has been so confusing for me. I thought I had all of these other things wrong with me and to find out it has been the implants this whole time, it shocks me. KissofSadness@... wrote: >>>>>>>The thing is, my implants are saline but the surgeon said if they were saline they would be empty, not leaking siowly. <<<<<<< , This isn't true. You can have a slow leak, especially if it's through a faulty valve. Leaks can be so slow they can only leak a drop or two here and there. My first set of implants began leaking

immediately, and I couldn't remove them because I didn't have the funds. From October 1997 to April 1999, it only went down 1 cup size. And Mentor themselves told me it was a faulty valve. Then, my second set I got April 1999 did the same thing. I have record of having been to doctors who've agreed I have a slow leak for the past 8 years starting from 6 months after surgery when I noticed a volume change, except that first doctor who implanted me told me it was just one dropping faster than the other. (Probably because he was about to leave the country and didn't want to fool with me.) It's taken 8 years of leaking, and it's about half the size of the other one --- and really, most of that happened over the past year. For some reason, it got worse when I quit being able to wear regular bras and went with sports bras because the tissue up under my breasts and armpits hurts so bad I can't stand a regular one. (Sports bras still hurt, but I can handle

them a few hours.) Anyway... leaks CAN be slow. I've had many doctors who've concurred. I also got sick within a matter of a month or two, and my first disease was neurological. Then, over the next months, the depression and anxiety came. Once you have that, they'll blame anything on it. I also have trouble with energy like you're describing. It was diagnosed over time as Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, and Fibromyalgia. There are also periods where I can't even sit up at the computer, or the couch... and on a normal basis, I only leave my house a day or two per week because doing any more walking than what it takes just being indoors exhausts me too bad. So, you might also look into doctors who can do such a diagnosis... although there's really nothing they do for it. Best wishes, and good luck to you. I wish I could say something helps that kind of fatigue, but I haven't found it in anything. Brigite :) See what's free at AOL.com.

Dede, Thank you so much! Since I started the group I've begun making notes, things to discuss with the doctor. I want to go in prepared so they at least think I know what I'm talking about.I've learned a great deal also.DGRAHAMA@... wrote: ~ Bless You ! ! Saline implants can leak slowly, and without rupture ! ! ! It is the valve. The valves that have leaks have been known to have bi-directional flow problems, leaking fluids out as well as flowing in, making a nasty soup of who knows what inside of you. Very IMPORTANT to have your implants removed en bloc so that the

fluids in the capsules dont get into your body cavity. Dont let anyone touch you unless they agree to do the proceedure that way, and they have lots of experience. I still have my last pair inside me. One is 1/3 smaller than the other. Both have grown from 36 C to way past 42 DD. I no longer wear a bra. They squash my heart and make it jump constantly. I have a pacemaker/defibrillator to control my heart. I am sure the implant closest to my heart just is way too heavy. I am also sure that they are full of fluid from irritation. One explant I had the doc did not explant and do it enbloc and I got so sick. I was sick to begin with cuz it was a silicone rupture, then to have the caps left behind about did me in. YOU do NOT want that. That is why I stress the enbloc

proceedure, aslo with drain tubes. You will heal much better with drain tubes. I will pray this doctor knows his stuff and will get you in soon. Hugs and Prayers ~ Dede See what's free at AOL.com.

Lynn, Thanks for the advice about the dounut pillow. Sandy, I was wondering if my night sweats were caused by the implants. When you say crawly feeling, do you mean like restless leg syndrome? I have restless leg syndrome all over my body.Sandy <dusty.com@...> wrote: Three years later when my implants were removed. The pain in my head, shoulders, neck, the night sweats and crawly feeling dissipated immediately upon removal. Hope this gives you a ray of hope, Sandy~ I know that heart trouble can cause neck pain, and I would bet with implants in it irritates your heart, causing the pain in the neck, and when you are expanted, it eventually goes away. Sounds good anyway, I plan for my pain to go away when I am explanted. .

Good luck, and if Rogene hasn't already forewarned you, if the

doctor says that you'll be deformed or unhappy with the results

after explant, consider that a testimony to their skill and continue

your search for the right surgeon.

Dede, Yes I do, I have prayer and meditation each day. Sometimes twice a day and sometimes off and on all day long. That's why I loved landscaping, there's a peace I felt with my hands in God's green earth. Being one on one with God in my own spiritual space admiring his greatest creation, the earth. My prayer and meditation is the only thing that has kept me sane these past couple of years. I almost lost everything materially last year but I haven't given up.I meditate to quiet the voices and negativity of things such as my financial burdens that I would not have if I were not sick. I have anger and resentment issues because I'm sick also, meditation helps me with these things as well. The silicone shells for the saline break down, our bodies are programmned to fight foreign bodies, that is why when you get a splinter and cant get it out, your body will eventually spit it out. Silicone particles just go where they want to, and of course our bodies are filters for junk, and it just so happened that her lymph nodes got clogged from those particles ! !

More proof salines are NOT what they say they are ! !

I dont know why, but the kefir gives me energy ! ! It is amazing, and it could be because I am so out of balance, the kefir is giving me something I am without. I used to just drink it in the am before lunch. Now I am drinking some about 30 min to an hour before lunch, and also mid afternoon before supper. I have been so ill this last month because of what that new diuretic did to me, I am still streightening myself back out. I am much better ! !

I am glad you are feeling better. Please take bunches of breaks, and dont over do it. Cant enjoy that new big deck if you are in bed. It would be kewl to have a very comfortable bed like chair for you and Dave out there ! Enjoy your day, Love you bunches ! DSee what's free at AOL.com.

Dearest Nan:

Honey, are you sure that you had saline, or did you have the Double-Lumen? How could they find silicone in your lymph nodes when you had saline? This must be frustrating for you. When I spoke to Dr. Blais a few weeks ago, he told me that bugs would come out of the saline implants, and that it is important to have them removed soon. Could this really happen, and where would the bugs go! With silicone, the bugs would surely die, I just do not understand all this. How do we kill the bugs, if they do get into our bodies via the implants???

Health Canada and the FDA have never mentioned anything about bugs growing in the saline implants! Why would any women have parisites, this is crazy. What should we do about all this? There must be someone who could help to prove that they are trying to kill many thousands of people with their unsafe devices.

Nan, we have to find a way to fight back, because this must stop. My wish is that you get better, now that you have had this garbage removed.

Sending love to you....Lea
