Guest guest
Nice approach, I love the organization of you work and thoughts. AA-oh man. I was also in a cult back in the 70's- The Children of God. Similar approach. It does happen to seem somewhat real when you are vulnerable and greeted by other seemingly loving people. It is hard not too. That doesn't make it the absolute truth. In fact I also found AA very bad for me. I remember at one meeting I suggested we define terms. Wrong thing to request out of an AA meeting. So I did it for them. The term they were trying to discuss was " pride, " and then false pride, self pride, etc. I think they were attempting to discuss hubris and nemesis. If I had kept going to AA meetings I would be dead drunk right now. Leaving AA saved my life. Of this I know. dmp ------------------------------------------------------------------------ eGroups.com home: /group/12-step-free - Simplifying group communications
