Guest guest
Way to go Kathy! Congratulations. That is one thing I have to give up by doing it all online, no little prizes or cheering. I get little " stars " . Congratulations again Angi -- I got my 25 lb kitchen magnet!!!!! I went to my WI on Tuesday, thinking I either stayed the same or gained a little, but, I didn't have any positive thoughts. So as I walked to the scale and removed my shoes and stepped up on the scale ... I showed a 2.4 lb weight loss!!!!! I couldn't believe it! I did it. I wanted to lose 1 more pound last week to get my 25 pound weight loss! So when out meeting leader asked if there was anyone who wanted to share something or get something off of their chest, raise your hand... I was waving mine! So when I was called upon, I jumped up and showed my magnet! and told all of my WW buddies, that I had lost, all together, 26 pounds, 13 inches and 2 pants sizes in the past 12 weeks!! When I heard the clapping and laughter, I was in the clouds! The meetings, for me, are so motivating. Especially at times like those! I wish I had buckled down and had similar results. I've only lost 6 lbs in the last twelve weeks. And I'm really beating myself up over it. I realize that is counterproductive. I know what I have to do.... I just don't seem to do it. Tomorrow is Halloween --- my goal for the day is to stay within my points. My biggest craving is for chocolate -- i have seem to have no control where chocolate is concerned. One Halloween, I gained seven lbs! Tomorrow will be different..
