I don't mean to " eaves drop " on this conversation, Cyrilla, were you injured on

the job?? Work Comp lawyers are free unless you have a settlement of some type.

I've been under Work Comp and have had the same lawyer for just over 10 years.

I'm not sure what state your in and can't tell just from the brief note what

exactly happened with your employment however if you were treated unfairly by

your employer and are no longer working check with your state Human Rights

office.

I know that in NY they have such an office, infact I myself am filing a wrongful

termination suit stipulating that part of the reason why I was terminated was my

disability, along with gender. If you have any questions I'd love to hear from
