Hello Thycan friends, I do not post often but do read

everyday. First my thoughts and prayers go out to all

those familes of NY, Washington and of the aircrafts.

I have just passed my one year (7-00) of my TT and RAI

(10-00) up until about 2 weeks ago I had been feeling

great, then seems the energy dropped out of site, then

yesterday the tight feeling in my neck that I had

before my dx of pap came back. This tight feeling is

what sent me to the Dr's first and the fact that I

felt a large lump in my neck, now I am not sure if I

am feeling another lump or what it is. I do see my

surgeon on Wed for a ck up but in the mean time, me

who has been so optimistic about my recovery am now

becoming a bit scared that something is wrong. My last

TSH in June was 0.01 and tg was I think 1 or a very

low number. My endo had agreed to let me wait until

Jan to scan seeing all my blood work was so good. Has

or does anyone ever have this tight feeling in their

neck??? When my thyroid was removed a small piece was

left in since the path report during surgery was neg

to cancer, the cancer was found on the side that they

left a small piece in, my RAI was 150 mil. This is

probably a dumb question but you all know how our

minds can wander when we are scared, but is it

possible for the thyroid to start growing again if it

was not all destroyed? I never did have a scan after

my RAI. It just seems so odd that I have felt so full

of energy and to all of a sudden feel so tired again.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

=====
