Other than the pressure on the fibroids, they really weren't as bad as I expected. The hydrosonic ultrasound caused me to cramp a good bit, but nothing compared to the endometrial biopsy. I think that was much worse than normal because of the fibroid blocking the opening. (Anything involving the dreaded speculim hurts me and causes me to cramp within seconds--again probably due to the fibroid obstruction.)
