Welcome to the list, ! Your getting so sick from the cheating because

your putting the toxins back into it after it's been detoxified, so stay

away from the cheats and you'll feel better!

Last week, we had a Trivia question about your CCLL vs. hitting a plateau.

Some people stall once they've gone over their CCLL and think it's a

plateau. OTOH, some people will stall when they are not eating enough

carbs, yet they think they are eating too many and cut back even further,

which of course won't work because they really need to add more as they are

having too few to begin with... that sentence was redundant...*L* So it's

not surprising that you lost a few pounds when you ate more carbs. I have

had that happen to me and it was wonderful. I think my CCLL is somewhere

around 30, but I always go a little over which keeps my weight the same.

Lately, however, I've cut back on the carbs and increased my fat and the

weight is moving once again. In a week or more or when I have a good

whoosh, I know it will then be time to readjust the carbs, one way or

another, and probably decrease the fat so my body will turn to it's own fat

as fuel.

Sounds like you and your husband are doing great, welcome to him too!

Congratulations on being close to your goal weight. How did you get hooked

up with Carbwise??? Somehow your first introduction never made it to the

list, sorry about that!
