Hi kat,

i read your post today and found it inspiring. Can i ask youhow long you were

on the diet before you began to notice that drastic difference in your energy.

I am just lookin for encouragement to keep on going as i am having a difficult

time. Die you have any dieff from the coconut oil?

HI Beth, I believe you can certainly do that! Maybe not water though...can you use something like raw milk or some other drink with some fat in it to help with utilization of the fats? Beth, I would ask the company, sometimes they are in a gel cap because they are strong and can burn your skin inside, I hope you are starting to feel better now. Hugs N Prayers ~ DedeSee what's free at AOL.com.

HI Sam

I just mix the cooked yolks with a spoonful of fermented garlic (minced), a

spoonful of both coconut oil and ghee and a drizzle of olive oil, salt and

paprika. They would taste even better if you added a little salsa (when you can

handle raw veggies).

HI Sam

Do you have Nourishing Traditions by Sally Fallon? It is the pickled garlic

recipe in the fermented foods section. I will put the recipe in the files soon

for others....
