I don't have much space in that box but basically I think that is what happened right? The fact that you had this pain and a little bleeding for a year, might be because your uterus was trying to contract and to get rid of this fetal remains. It may not have been too big a piece but enough to cause you chronic inflammation of the endometrium. My report said they found a piece of placenta the size of 26.3mm! Others just might have a small grain but in any case, either is foreign to the body and in its attempt to rid the body of this, it will cause inflammation. I had endometritis for 3 weeks before they treated me. By which time, I was really sick. High temperatures, foul smelly discharge and bits of "liver looking" pieces.
