We switched to a slightly different because we were able to get a little bit different test that has a simulator console and telephone to use. The only cost that I am aware of (I was not here when it was originally " obtained " so I'm not sure if it was purchased or given to us from another agency) was for someone to administer the test. Once we hired a secretary she was able to administer the perfex. I am in favor of that type of testing. The few times that we hired someone who scored just below the recommended 70% that person did not make it through probation, usually due to lack of multi-tasking ability.
