Yes! :) Got my Psychological Evaluation appt. for OHP Plus 3/27/09! :)

Mornin' all,

 

Yes I am happy about this!  I have a 9am appointment up in Coos Bay, Or.

That is an hour drive away from where I live in Port Orford.  I am sure I will

now qualify for the Oregon Health Plan Plus!  My memory is failing I can tell

you that for sure.  I have to reread what I type and make sure it is correct.

I have to double/triple check all that I do so I have done it correctly.  My

brain

sure could use a rest, some good sleep.  I realize that the pain medications

aren't helping my sleep but I have to keep taking them just to be able to even

move my body, laying down or standing up. 

 

I did this evaluation oh, quite awhile back, year or 2 ago maybe.  I was

evaluated by this lady in Brookings, Oregon.  I didn't meet the cryteria then

and

was denied for OHP Plus. 

 

This time I will see a man and I am sure I will fail the memory test.  They will

check for depression too.   I got that too.  I feel so out of it.  I am barely

hanging on at this point between lack of good sleep and chronic pain.

 

I am *really* grateful for *all* of you people in this group and the support you

have given me and continue to give me.   I *really*  need it. 

 

Just had to let you all know I got my appointment. 

 

Can't wait!   Wish me luck please,  I really need this to work for me or I

will have to think of what else I can do.
