Guest guest
Well....you read my last e-mail about my college regret so I haven't really had any careers but I have worked at Bennigan's while I was in high school for 6 months (quit), Furrow Building Materials for 1 year (um...got my butt fired!), Frey's Beef and Brew for 6 months (robbed at gunpoint/decided to quit), Sears for 5.5 years (quit), Kroger for 1 year (quit), and now I work at Houston Northwest Medical Center in the business office. Been there for 3 years. It's as close to career that I have had so far. I still want to finish college and go for a degree in meteorology! We shall see what the future holds. YOUR TOPS PAL, Daily Question #4 What are some of the jobs/careers that you've had? I've done secretarial work since I graduated high school. Only thing I've ever done. Guest guest
brief stint at White Castle Melody, Where were you living at when you worked for White Castle? That is the ONE thing I miss the most about Indiana. I love those little hamburgers. When I fly back my brother always picked me up at the airport and we would always drive to one of them to eat before heading out of Indianapolis. Guest guest
oh my! it's another one of those THINKING questions LOL Let's see....I have to go back soooooo many years! Starting with teen years and moving forward: Whataburger, Jack in the Box, ummm...a short stint as a waitress in a bar (I always looked older than I really was!) then there was the tatoo parlor (it was my job to lure the marines in to get tatoos LOL) another waitress job at a mom & pop restaurant, then one at Denny's and a brief stint at White Castle and one at a Taco Bell. Then I moved into the better jobs: Bridal Consultant OTR Truck Driver for a year (ugh hated that one!) Administrative Assistant at a Child Abuse Prevention Center Fundraising Coordinator for ECFFU, then for Big Brother Big Sisters Administrative Assistant @ Alcorn Clean Fuels Computer Tutor/Computer Tech Support Web Design Desktop Publishing and currently my unpaid positions of: Mommy/Teacher/Web Designer/Dispatcher No wonder I feel so darn old!
