Yes, chelation (removal of metals) can heal us but I don't think

it's the end-all/be-all to this illness. My Mercola doc said as

long as metals are in the body, candida overgrowth will reside. He

suggested I chelate with DMSA and ALA. He now wants me to try

another technique called Field Control Therapy because he thinks it

is much safer and more effective.

Dr. Kolb hasn't heard of FCT and advises ionic foot baths and metal

detox supplements in place of chelation. There are also other

methods for removing metals: FIR saunas, clay baths, cilantro,

chorella, activated charcoal and garlic. So there are lots of

options out there...again, it's trial and error to see which works

If you do the clay baths be prepared not

to do anything for a while. These baths

knocked me down for a week. I use to do

them every 2 weeks and the clay was

expensive at the health food store.

I dont plan on doing it internally just

bathing in it. I got some organic clay

left . A lot of our ceramic suppliers have

shut down due to the economy. So probably

find places on line to order from. Thanks
