Guest guest
Hi Dede, Will explain a little better. My partner has never been overweight. (Yes, kilo is 2.2llbs). He has Crohn's Disease, one of the worst cases you can have. He has always looked rather thin for his frame though his actual weight is reasonable. Upto a month ago, he has always been around 70kilos with body fat of 21 (we have some of those scales that measure weight plus body fat). Two weeks ago he asked me to check my weight and body fat as he thought the scales must be wrong. Mine was as always. His weight had dropped 2 kilos but his body fat had escalated to 31.7!! Today he has lost another kilo and his body fat is still high??? I would have thought that he should have lost the body fat and gained weight as he has been doing some building work at home and using muscles he didn't know he had lol - he also said that the other day it was a struggle to move 2 bags of cement when he has been moving lots. He has also had bad bouts of diaorrhea this week so I suppose losing a kilo would be acceptable but to gain body fat is somewhat disturbing. Love . xx
