Guest guest
I would like to here back from anyone who has been diagnosed with a large submucous fibroid in the lower back portion of the cervic. I have been told by many doctors that my fibroid is in a very difficult place to remove by myomectomy and my rsik for hemmoraghing from removal is higher than most. I am still having heavy bleeding and clotting even after a March UAE. My bleeding is better but at least every 6 to 8 days I start bleeding again sometimes less than that but at least twice a month of heavy bleeding some time or another. I have gotten sick and run down twice since my March UAE . I would really like to hear from anyone who has been told that even a HYSTERECTOMY would be a difficult surgery due to the location and size of their fibroid. Thank you PATTY

I'm sorry to hear of your problems. Amy
Guest guest
I'm not sure if that sounds right. I think seeking out a specialist is in order for another opinion. infinityandon@... wrote: > I would like to here back from anyone who has been diagnosed with a large > submucous fibroid in the lower back portion of the cervic. Yes, I had a myomectomy several weeks ago, one very large cervical fibroid, located mostly on the outside of the cervix, was told this is in a difficult area. All went well, no bleeding, I am very pleased i finally had this done. The surgeon was a specialist. I was told prior to surgery by other doctors that this is very exacting surgery. If you find the right doctor you should be okay.
