If it was tiled backwards, i.e. towards the spine (not forwards like Poly's) then this can cause difficult labor because the uterus is no longer " in line " with the cervix and delivery can be complicated. Many women with slightly tipped uteruses do " straighten " out during pregnancy however due to the gravitational " pull " and weight of the baby in the uterus....maybe your records would give you an indication?
