Do you know which was your uterus was tilted? If it was tiled backwards, i.e. towards the spine

(not forwards like Poly's) then this can cause difficult labor because the uterus is no longer " in line "

with the cervix and delivery can be complicated.

Many women with slightly tipped uteruses do " straighten " out during pregnancy however due to the

gravitational " pull " and weight of the baby in the uterus....maybe your records would give you an

indication?
