Guest guest
I've been meaning to post this for people asking about using a coffee grinder to grind nuts. I own something much better for those small jobs. It's called a Revel Wet 'n Dry Grinder. It holds about a cup, and can easily and quickly grind nuts into flour or butter. It also grinds spices, plus finely chops garlic and herbs, and make dips such as hummus or guacamole or salad dressings. The nice thing about it is that after grinding, you can take the top off the motor and pop it into the dishwasher for cleaning. So simple and easy; I use mine probably several times a day. For those of you cooking SCD for a crowd, you would probably want to stick with your food processor, but I just love this little grinder. You can purchase it from: www.urbanhomemaker.com

Guest guest
Try this link: http://www.urbanhomemaker.com/customer/home.php?cat=351 Also, I want to clarify that although the capacity appears to be about one cup, you need to leave room for grinding. When I ground cashews into cashew butter yesterday, it took me about 4 grindings to produce enough cashew butter for one cup.
