I've been looking through the concentric site (www.concentric.com) and didn't find anything resembling a TOS document. On the other hand... came across an offer for a FREE 30-day trial of the Concentric service. I plan to take them up on it and get an account before I complain. For those who might be similarly inclined, the number is 1-. This is the number for the " Customer Resource Center. " You should say you saw the offer for the 30-day free trial on their website.
