Skill Based Compensation - Reworded

Looking for info you can share if you provide skill and/or

certification based pay for telecommunicators....please indicate the

amount per skill or certification and rationales.

Could be for one or more of these..................

NCIC Certification?

NLETS Certification?

Telecommunicator Basic (APCO/POST?etc.)?

Telecommunicator Intermediate(APCO/POST?etc.)?

Telecommunicator Advanced (ACO/POST?etc.)?

Certified EMD ?

Bi-lingual ?

Trainer/CTO ?

etc....any others that you compensate for??

That's all I can think of but I am sure there are more skills than

listed.
