Guest guest
You can definitely get cramps even if you don't get a period at all. I've had such bad cramping I've had to get a prescription for naproxen 500mg. I get it all the zits, water retention and the cramps, just little or no period, it stinks doesn't it! Guest guest
I don't know if it will help..but I always use a heating pad cranked on high directly against my skin with a heavy pillow holding it in place..I think the heat helps to loosen up the muscles or something.. I feel so bad for you..you are in my prayers > I have got some really bad cramping this time, I've already talked to Dr. he called a presription in for some naprosyn I hope it helps. I didn't cramp this bad when I miscarried the last time, but he said it probably wasn't anything to worry about, I have to call him back if it gets worse or if I start to bleed heavily, which I'm not so I'll have to just try to relax, does anybody have any home remedies for cramps?
