Guest guest
I think I just ruined an entire weeks worth of hard work in one night! Take a look at my calories for the week and tell me if I really, truly blew it or not please?? Beginning with Last Tuesday: Tues: 716 Wed: 1151 Thu: 1840 (went over a little, but had done lots of exercise today) Fri: 1346 (another busy day) Sat: 755 (very busy, very energetic workday/lots of hot sweaty outdoor work) Sun: 1430 (kinda lazy indoor work) TODAY: 2029!!!! (complete and total bum, didn't do a darn thing all day....what was I thinking?!!?) My average for 6 days is 1425 (which if ya look at it like that doesn't look too bad, but grrr! 2029 calories in ONE day?!!)....I suppose the scale is going to explode tomorrow now I can't say with absolute certainty if 2029 is my actual calorie count, because I don't know the exact calories in my chili, so I had to go by canned chili count (I did use the 98% lean ground meat or is it 96% whatever the leanest they have that's what I used....does that help?) I know better! I know better! I know better!!!!! Argh! I would have been just fine after the first bowl of chili - did I put it away immediately? NOOOOOO! I had to leave it simmering on the stove and it wasn't an hour later I was in there getting ANOTHER bowl and 2 more tortillas! [smack! Smack! Smack!] I know better than to do that - so what the heck was I thinking? I mean....yes....I'm a " little " stressed....a little overwhelmed with things going on right now....and maybe a little depression .....sigh....but I'm not going to make goal by the end of the year if I don't get my head on straight! Why oh why didn't I head for my journal instead of that last bowl of chili?? I don't even want to face that scale tomorrow night! It might jump up and bite me! Ok...smack away! I needed to vent and I need a good thrashing! Thanks for being here! Melody
