Guest guest
It makes sense to me. I do think when the liver reaches a certain point the “shelf life” of drugs change. I know when Ken goes in for an EDG he gets shots but they never work or take effect until he is on the way home! No matter how many times I tell the doctor this - he doesn’t seem to believe us. Mean while Ken hurts during the procedure. If they would give him the shots before he went in and waited a little while I think everyone would be more comfortable. Could be you take the drug but it doesn’t hit full capacity until later and stays in your liver longer. But hey I’m no doctor either! Barb in Texas Son, Ken 28 UC 91 PSC 99 -----Original Message----- From: Nameless Guy I have taken Ridadin (Rifampin) (sp?) for some time. I did run into problems taking it with massive liver pain. So I do recommend caution when taking this, if you have pain you may want to stop.
