Guest guest
I promise I looked for this on my own first. How do you go about making nut milk? Just direct me to a link or something if there is one. The hazelnut milk sounds like a good alternative to my beloved coffee creamer. Guest guest
, You are right. There is not a specific recipe for the nut milk on Pecanbread. The directions for making the milk are in the directions for making the nut yogurts. The next time I update the recipes, I will pull out the sections on how to make the nut milks and list those separately. But for right now, that's where you can find it. Just follow the directions for making the milk and then don't turn the milk into yogurt. Jody mom to -5.1 and -7.

Hi , 2 handfuls of hazelnuts (100 grams) 1 litre of water if needed: pinch of salt 1 tablespoon of honey whizz the nuts & water for 10 minutes in a good blender & pour through a fine sieve. Freeze the residu after pressing out all liquids. BUT!: when heating the hazelnut milk, it tends to de-homogenize (fat & water seperate). It may look funny in your coffe, but the taste may be rather stunning. Marjan >
