Guest guest
Hi, , I don't know if Dr. has anything to say about Hashimoto's...but, thought I'd give you some personal info: I tested positive for the Hashimoto's antibodies in 2000, but, never developed Hashimoto's itself...however, while in the hospital this summer, my blood test showed that I have Hyperthyroidism, probably due to the infection I had (staph sepsis), which happens a lot, a severe infection can cause thyroid problems. Anyway, once out of the hospital, I had my thyroid tested again, and, my autoimmune antibdodies were extremely high, over 4000. I did a lot of research and found an Endocrinoligist and a Nauropath who specializes in thyroid problems. Since I wasn't in a 'thyroid storm' and my Hyperthyroidism was on the low side, we decided to go herbal. The great news is that after a month on the herbs, my autoimmnube antibodies numbers have come down 25%! And, my other thyroid numbers are better. I am so excited... So, if I were you, I would call around to find a Naturopath who specializes in thyroid problems. That is, though, if your numbers are not extremely high, although it is easier to naturally treat Hypothyroidism rather than Hyperthyroidism. Be sure it is an ND who really does specialize in it and it is not just another area he or she treats. It is also best to be working with an Endocrinologist at the same time. My sister's boyfriend's Hypothyroidism is being treated by herbs and they are working... Hope this helps... Aimee Message: 6 Date: Sun, 30 Oct 2005 18:40:14 EST From: lrdragas@... Subject: Hashimoto's Disease Hi all, Has anyone here been using the protocols to help in dealing with Hashimoto's Disease (a form of hypothroidism)? I've done the cleanses several times, and am due to repeat them soon and have been zapping daily for over a year. My Dr. books are all packed up due to home renovations and I have just found out that I have Hashimoto's, so I would like to know if anyone has noticed anything in Dr. 's books regarding a good way to address this autoimmune disorder where the body attacks the thyroid and eventually kills it. I'm not asking for anyone to do my homework for me, just that if someone has dealt with this or has noticed her speaking about it and wouldn't mind sharing that information, I'd be grateful. Thank you, Dragas

If you want my " degeneratives protocol " just send me an email with that in the subject line (anybody) and I'll send it along. It's not based on 's work but it does parallel this work in that it employs detoxification, nutritional backup, antioxidants, and also uses techniques missed by Dr. e.g. direct healing and immune system enhancement and modulation. Of course it's science-backed. Call me toll-free 1-888-470-1582 I'll get back to you. This invitation is open. Guest guest
I just had an appointment with an endicronologist who said my thyroid was swollen and she suggested I might have Hashimoto's Disease. Have any of you received that diagnosis? Perhaps caused by the implants? A lot of the symptoms are similar to implant-related symptoms--fatigue, instestinal problems, muscle aches. Any info would be great! Thanks, Lilan
Guest guest
Thousands of us have thyroid problems because of implants, can be hyper or hypo or Hashimoto's. It is extremely common. Guest guest
I have verified Hashimoto's disease, as evidenced by my higher number of Anti-TPO antibodies. Directly from the implants I had. Guest guest
Hi Lilan, My doctor believed I had this too. They did a Thyroid Panel and Thyroid Ultrasound. Ultrasound was normal but I had an elevated TPO, which means my autoimmune is attacking my thyroid. Doctors are blamming it on Lupon (a medication I was injected with for endometriosis), I personally think it is the implants. Guest guest
Lilan, I have thyroid issues too and just recently started Armour. Diagnosed with a goiter prior to my explant last July. The symptons are very similar. Hopefully your endocrinologist will check out your adrenal glands too. > > I just had an appointment with an endicronologist who said my thyroid > was swollen and she suggested I might have Hashimoto's Disease.
