Is there any post that sums up the makers diet...? I have read all the sites I can find on it, and basically there isnt enough told, or I am just too blonde to see it. I am not in a position to purchase his program at this time. Can anyone tell me the basics? No sugar, night shade foods like tomatoe, and potatoe..........no processed or canned foods......I would appreciate any tips I can get. Thank you kindly.....

Dede, If I can find the time, I will try to create a file with the Maker's Diet foods allowed. I'm not sure when that will be, but I'll give it a try! Until then, in a nutshell, eat foods that are naturally made, or made from nature such as organic fruits, vegetables, fish from clean water that have fins and scales (no catfish, no shellfish), bread that has no preservatives (and if you are gluten intolerant, only gluten free) , and avoid ALL artificial sweeteners, and preservatives, because they are toxic to the body. No fake fats either. Raw dairy products only, and fermented foods, such as raw sauerkraut and kefir. The diet is a natural one...the

one God gave us when He created the earth. PattyDGRAHAMA@... wrote: Is there any post that sums up the makers diet...? Hi D,

The library in my town has a copy of this book. You might check your

library? It could get you started until the book from E-Bay arrives.
