Hi ,

While I and Zaza have been given some moderator priveleges in the group, we are

unable to change anyone’s moderator status. However, I think that you can do

that yourself.

Go to the group’s main page and click on “members†on the left side of the

page. Put your name in at the top in the box beside where it says search and

then click on search. You should come up with your page information. Click on

edit membership. About halfway down you will see in blue that it says change to

member. Click on that and it should take you off as a moderator. If it doesn’t

work let me know.

I’ve tried contacting the owner of the group again which is “Curezone†to

tell them we are still having problems, but they haven’t gotten back to me.

Now that me and Zaza are set as moderators we’ll get everything straightened

out, but it will still take a little time.

Thanks

Judy H

Subject: For Judy or Zaza: Fibromyalgiacured have made me a

moderator

Hello Judy and Zaza

It seems Fibromyalgiacured have made me a moderator and they keep asking me to

moderate people posting on the board. Can one of you sort this out so that I am

not a moderator and so I do not get asked to moderate people. I do not know how

to moderate people and right now I have enough to do learning about this diet.

Also, I was on daily digest, but I have now changed my setting to individual

emails. It feels like I might have missed some emails. Will they come through

later?

Thank you for your time

I have started doing Bees diet too. I still need to buy a few more supplements

but so far so good. I am doing the Candida diet not the all meat and fat diet,

that seems to extreme to me, but I do think I can manage the Candida diet. Low

carbing seems to suit me, not just my body but my way of life. I think it is

easier to eat this way and there is less cooking.

Thanks for this Joanne, I was worried that I might have to buy all organic and

my budget will not cover that. I have already started doing Bees diet and I will

let you know how I get on

Hi

I am glad to see you are still here, I was thinking i might have put you off

I wanted to tell you that I did not just start doing bees diet and that was it,

I made a right mess of it all, at first

I was addicted to carbs, plus i was addicted to diet coke, and i smoked and I

had a million other issues too

I did not know about Bees diet nor the other diets mentioned here. All I new was

the low fat commercial diet, and I lived by it and suffered full blown fibro

because of it, yes because of it, I cant be bothered saying possibly and all

that rubbish, the low fat diet was the main reason i had fibro

Anyway, I was very fat, I know that not all fibro folk are fat but i was, and i

went on the Atkins diet to loose weight. I did not loose much weight but I

noticed my symtoms clearing up. It was like magic to me

I struggled though, and when i had certain things going on i still binged on

carbs.

I could see i had an addiction problem so worked on that. Its a bit of a long

story but I basically replaced all the foods i was addicted to with low carb

versions. A lot of these contained sweetners. I did not know at that time that

these sweetners are as dangerous as they are, but anyway, it helped i began to

be able to sort my carb problem out

I got paul mckenna cds and started getting off the coke and cigs too, but every

so often i had compulsion to eat the carbs again

It all seemed so strange because here i was i new the carbs were making me ill

but i still felt a need to eat them. This is when told me about Bees diet

With Bees diet being all natural and also because it is nutrient dense etc, my

craving ceased.

I am still on bees diet and as you know i still do it ketogenically, and i am

getting better with it in many ways, I am learning more where to get good foods

and how to ferment foods and stuff, but i want you to know that not everything i

eat is organic

I am telling you this because lots of folk that come here get put off by price,

especially the price of organic meat.

Of course where i can i do have organic meet, and i ahve found several sources

of fairly cheap organic meat but this has all taken time. i ahve lotsd of good

quality food now from farms, farmers markets, allotments and I grow my own veg,

but i did not start out like this

On the Atkins I ate some natural food but like i said i was still eating

processed to get my carbs down. Then i started on Bees and went all natural, but

not all organic, now Iam still not 100% organic, just do the best i can and

improve things month by month

I am telling you this so you will know that even if you are only partly eating

organic Bees diet still works and as it does and you get healthier and healthier

that is when you can either work more and buy more or like me find more places

like farms

Now go on, tell me you are a millionairre and that buying organic is not a

problems for you LOL

Love Joanne

You make a good point. I'm glad someone with such a positive attitude has

become (or will become, I'm not sure if Yahoo got around to making you

owner yet) owner of our group.

Steve M in PA, age 22

P.S. please let me know if I can help you with the group in anyway.
