Guest guest
LCL, I know it is alot of green tea! I am still in the process of weaning myself off of coffee, trying to cut back on caffeine because of my anxiety/panic attacks... I used to just drink cup after cup of coffee until I could finally go. Sometimes it would actually work! Hahah! Vitamin C gets the peristalis contractions of the colon going, so that is why it helps me. Thats why if you take too much you get diarrhea...
