Guest guest
Kia, I would look into this seriously, I used to do mortgages about 8 yrs ago and at that time we would not fund someone more than the house appraised unless the funds were for remodeling and those funds came from a different type of funding. This guy sounds like a major jerk! and you should pay him as he can really screw your funding up by telling them you are late on them. Guest guest
Are you buying house on contract? House Is appraises at 35,000.00 so if buying on contraCt the difference in that is what he is charging you to sell it to you on contract! But you should know that from beginning! Guest guest
, Some Drs can be insensitive to our feelings.....yet sometimes we have to face the truth! If anyone can help you Dr, Levin can. Have you already contacted Dr Levin? If not why dont you do so. You seem to be upset and worrying alot and I think if you talk to him thru email or phone or appointment that maybe you will have a different outlook and feel better. Dr Levins email aaddress is; E-mail: infertility@... His full name is : M. Levin, MD, PSC I am 48 and planning on having TR pretty soon......The ladies in this group are wonderful.......they themselves are a token of Gods love sent from heaven. They just don't realize it maybe! I was checking email one night and really down, tired, and a bit depressed....I started reading email and it wasnt long I was rolling over with laughter from email about Terri and her churn farts.........I even started joining in the fun and replying and that was just what I needed to get my mind off all problems. By the way did you know that the word CREPITATE is another word for FART (according to a message I read) GEEEE if it is ...the name alone is spooky sounding......I told them it must be one of those spooky farts.....LOL I really started feeling better! The women in this group probably dont know about the countless women who had read what they have written and immediatley felt better about themselves, their situation and who knows a person may have been ready to take their own life and after reading some messages decided not to . One never knows! A good money management strategy for saving for your TR would be to set aside at least 10% of each paycheck and more if you can....you would be surprised how fast it will accumalate! I have a lot of money management strategies that would help you to save money that you may be able to use.Let me know if you'd like me to post a few of these! ..........my prayers are with you! God bless! Wanda On Sat, 24 Aug 2002 09:45:01 -0700 (PDT) Clow writes: > > Hello everyone, > > My name is C (DOB 5-5-67) I live in Washington State in Graham > about 40 miles from Mt. Rainier. Guest guest
Hello i am a member of the group, but asked for emails to be stopped for a period of time, now i am available to recieve them again ,but do not know the process to use to recieve, any help would be appreciated,it is my husband who has psc,uc, and is being looked after by dr Chapman and colleges, my husband has just been to Oxford for a brain scan, to see if they can throw any light on his brain fogs. He saw one of dr Chapmans colleges in december, and they are talking about sending my husband to talk with a transplant team. Hi Mags, I think your husband may be the first person in this group (other than me) to be under Dr Chapman. If you would like to chat to me either by e-mail or other do say. I live in south Oxfordshire and will be seeing Dr Chapman myself next Friday. My e-mail address is bknott3018@... All the best Barbara (UK) PSC dx in December 1988 but abnormal lfts since 1973. Its an on and off problem along with eczema. Now that Iam on antibiotics and steroids though both the eczema and conjunctivitis have cleared up. I feel a lot better. Dont know if it is related to my Crohn's or to a low grade bacteremia that I seem to have due to the stent. I had wondered if maybe there is some heightened immune response in regard to these infections(or IBD flares) and that is why we suffer from numerous other immune related disorders...eczema, conjunctivitis, sensorineural hearing loss, vision problems, etc... Guest guest
I was on a sub clinical dose of anti-depressants for menopause (hot flashes) and even had bad effects from that. I have tried so many different kinds, and have had no luck. I just wish there was a painkiller that would work well enough so I didn't fall asleep before it was effective. I have such a low tolerance for medication, I have not found one that works well. I have had all kinds of muscle relaxers also. I have just restarted yoga, at least to have a distraction from pain! Guest guest
No, I have not been tested for celiac, but I have vertigo, bloating, a wierd head neuropathy and headaches. ANd automimmune diseases run in my family as well. I had never thought about celiacs. I will discuss this with my doctor when I go back on the 22nd, to complain AGAIN! Guest guest
Hello Everyone, I know I am kind of missing. Life has been rough for me the last several months. Passing a head cold back and forth between my husband and I didn't help. Neither did the stomach flu and now needing a root canal. But, I'm trying to stay positive. I am also still recovering from falling of my second floor deck. My doctor said it might take several months. But, that's ok. :-) I want to welcome all the new members as well. I am Becky. I live in South Dakota. I have several health issues I deal with, but I try not to let them define me. I was for a long time, it contributed to a suicide attempt. But, I tend to be silly and joke a lot. I have eight animals. Four cats, two dogs, and two hamsters. :-) I just wanted to pop in and say hello and stuff! I am trying to be as active as possible! :-) Love, Becky in SD
Guest guest
Hi Becky! Wow, how did you fall off the second floor deck? I read something about wasps and a dog?? Eight pets...that's a lot! I've got just the one cat, but we want another, and I want a ferret some day. Nice to meet you...got to be cold right now in South Dakota! Bad enough here at 31 degrees...I heard Minneapolis was in the negatives. I hate the cold; makes me feel worse...does it affect you? ~Jewel --- Becky in SD wrote: > I want to welcome all the new members as well. I am Becky. I live in South Dakota. Guest guest
Hi Jewel, Nice to meet you as well! I fell off the second floor deck because I am a dork, hee hee. It was warm and we had wasps everywhere outside. I saw them hanging around a drain pipe, so I climbed up on the railing to look into the drain pipe. I had a good grasp on our solid steel swing, or so I thought. As I was getting ready to get onto the deck to get the hose, I fell backwards onto the ground. My younger dog was outside at the time with me. I was screaming help and my dog was running to the fences barking like crazy. He would run to a fence, bark, run back to me and lick my head, then run to another fence. I realized I had my cell phone in my pocket, and called my neighbor who called emergency services. What is funny now is my dog who was outside with me when it happened hates wasps now and chases them! Especially if they get near me! I think it's so cute! He's such a good dog! :-) And speaking of animals, my younger dog just got a bath thanks to my husband and is running all over the house! Yep, eight animals. They help me out so much. Especially when they all get hyper at once. I just curl into a ball on a chair and cover my head <ha ha>. It is so funny. Our hamsters are so funny. One really isn't ours, but a friends who is at a place she can't have animals. It is funny when they are in their hamster balls. They ram down the cats! <grin>. South Dakota, where we live, is cold. Yes it effects me. Pressure changes hurt me just as bad. But, I think it will happen no matter where we are sent! :-D Love, Becky in SD --- Jewel wrote: Hi Becky! Guest guest
Becky, First, that is a terrible thing that happened to you - falling of your deck! Bless your heart for dealing with all the extra agony that had to of brought on. Second, I totally agree about not letting my disease define me. As a matter of fact, there are many people that don't like the fact that I won't stop being as active as I am with my disease. One of them being my pain specialist. He told me the other day that I shouldn't need my medication with my spinal column stimulator in place. I told him, looking him square in the eye, if I don't have my medication to help when I am active, I will be calling his office screaming in pain because I will be at my 10 that he calls a 20! I keep trying to stress to him that this is my last semester to graduation! After I have my degree, we'll see where I can get a job at that may allow me to slow down a little.
