published in the Texas Register on April 7, 2000. The RFP will be

2000*****

Local Projects Grants may be used for:

EMS certification training

Specialty training related to pre hospital health management (i.e.

ACLS, PALS, PHTLS)

EMS equipment

Computers for Data Collection

Prevention Projects

Continuing Education Programs

Ambulances

System development programs

Any project that involves advance life support will

require signature of the medical director

Local Projects Grants MAY NOT be used for:

Salaries, fringe benefits, indirect cost,

Disposable supplies

Day-to-day operation expenses (i.e. fuel, insurance etc.),

Land purchases,

Building Funds
