Guest guest
First, Leila, Good luck with your surgery - I think Celeste and maybe some others have had to go through 3 surgeries before the scar tissue was cleared up - so hang in there. I'll be thinking about you!! It's good to hear from you again, too. Janet, First, I think your husband sounds wonderful. Mine is a lot like yours in that he always thinks of questions that I would never think to ask. I totally let mine ask any questions he wants to my RE - even if I already feel like I know the answer. It's good for both of us that he is involved in all of the discussions with my dr. and in these decisions, of course. I also think it's wonderful that you have such as great sister! (Mine doesn't even know about any of this stuff - she thinks we are just never going to have kids and enjoying our child- free life). Anyhow, I won't try and sway you either way, but perhaps surrogacy would bring you all even closer together. I think it's wonderful that you're so concerned about her well-being, too. I know I feel very self-involved sometimes, going through all of this, so it's great that you are still thinking about some of the other people in your life. Hazel, Welcome to our group. I'm sorry that you're going through this now - and having the additional burden of re-living some difficult times. I think if you get to a really good RE that has dealt with ashermans cases before, you'll get some good answers. Take care and let us know how things are going...
