Guest guest
Any reason you canj't just get some pecans and throw them in your food processer? Pecan flour is very expensive. My favorite pecan recipe is the muffin recipe using six eggs. It calls for walnuts but I use pecans instead. Very yummy. My brother lives in ville and has three pecan trees in his backyard. I have an unending supply of free pecans! If anyone has had any luck with using pecans in a cookie recipe, please let me know, I tried them in my cookie press recipe but they came out all runny. Alice Hi, everyone: I'm new to this list, but I've been on the SCD for many years. Like most, I usually use almond flour or almond butter for my " culinary creations " Ocassionally peanut butter. I'd like to try the pecan flour, but I don't know where to get it. Can someone here recommend a website to buy pecan flour? Thanks Vivian --------
