great norma.. i did the gym for 2 hr 15 min.. so far today i ate bout 10 carbs

:) but . i am

starving and i have dinner to do yet

The BEST thing in my opinion to take for a quick lunch is:

MEAT AND CHEESE ROLL UPS!!! W/ a side of mayo and a salad. If that doesn't

fill you up, you just wanna binge! *L* Seriously, they do the trick for me

every time and they are super quick and probably the cheese and meat are the

price of one or two of those burgers. I get about 3 pounds at a time of

each. Kids love em...

On Sundays, I make a large homemade chicken salad, tuna salad and egg salad.

I use them all week for lunch. Sometimes over lettuce, sometimes on Atkins

rolls, which I also make up on Sunday. I also use leftover meats from

dinner (if there are any) for a little change of pace. The meat/cheese

roll-ups that Kari mentioned are great, too. I always put alittle mayo in

each instead of on the side. Hate to see you feeling bad, .

You are doing great. Probably the salt on the

Pork Rinds is making you retain a little water.

No NUTS for me either..... and I found a great bargain

on Macadamia Nuts at Sam's Club today. I am saving

them for when I reach my goal.... and then I am going to put

one ounce servings in baggies so that I don't over - do it.

another good LC week. got in exercise too. stayed at 5 lbs down woohoo.

got 8 lbs to go (almost there.). WTG everyone bees good.

Well, the good news is I maintained the five pound loss over the

weekend...no easy feat. Now only one more weekend to go...and the

following is my trip! DH says I will NOT gain weight on the trip because

the time will be all screwed up for me so I won't be eating my regular

times which will trick my body---we shall see. Between him and Jayne I

have hope :)

The bad news is this teeny spider bit me...it looked like it might be a

baby black widow but since I am sitting here typing this post I guess it

wasn't! My foot swelled up double its size. I still managed to walk this

morning (I have a wider pair of shoes I don't normally fit in!) and do some

Tae Bo, so that is done for the day, although my foot got a bit MORE

swollen. It is itchy too :(

Why mmmmmmmmmmmmmmeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee? Bees, spiders...what's next!

So here's to everybody sticking to their plan this week and losing some

more!!!

WOOOHOOOO Marjie :-)) You are so close to goal - yippeeeeee. I'm very

proud of you and I know you can get those last 8 pounds off. Keep it up

thanks linda, i'm trying. just got back from my walk and am about

ready for bed. will be up early this evening for league bowling, so i

get double exercise today.
