Hi

I think the mistake the groupers make is they confuse anger

with acting out. they think " getting angry " automatically

means shouting, swearing, threatening, or being directly

abusive. they dont understand that these are agressive ways

of dealing with anger, not anger itself. instead of

learning healthy ways to express anger assetively, they

overcompensate by trying to stuff it down altogether. as

well as being a mistake in itself, this is likely to cause

sudden rage-breaks and heavy duty acting out, which if

course, is seen as being more evidence as to why one

shouldnt feel angry.
