Guest guest
Norma, I am glad you wrote to me. I was getting worried seeing that you didn't post tonight. I am glad you made it through the day doing well with carbs and especially no smoking. I didn't do so well as I had three wasas and cr. cheese after my last post. I MUST find something to snack on that is fulfilling but that I don't have to eat a ton of it. Tomorrow I am up and out early myself. I have the day off and am going to a lake about an hour north of here with my mother. We will see a young teenager perform The King and I in a youth theatre and spend the day with my SIL from Texas and her sister. Should be a fun day. I will be home in the evening though as I can't leave my little corky too long alone. Sleep well tonight, Norma a a Off Topic > HI a > Everyone is probably in Lala Land about now well maybe not but I should be. > I did okay today I did not eat anything illegal well no that is not true I > ate a few but not more than a mouthful of one of 's bags of something. > Maybe 2 or 3 carbs at the most . Guest guest
Hi DI, I am doing so so. Not feeling so great about by breasts. Last night I went to the gym and worked out with weights ok, but then I got on the elliptical trainer, and mind you I had on a very good sports bra, and I had to get right off, they hurt so bad. Then I got on the treadmill of all things and the same thing happened. I was bummed and came home feeling quite sorry for myself. Now my boobs are going to prevent me from walking. In March, just after establishing a walking HABIT for three months, I broke my toe and sidelined myself and took several more months to get back. Now this. I can't imagine what is causing this either, if it might be whatever caused the lump, or could it be exercising, or good old hormones, or maybe wearing a sports bra? Any and all thoughts and advice on this matter appreciated. Tonight I walked in my neighborhood with just a regular bra and it was better except they itched like crazy. So I am feeling very sorry for myself and not eating right either. Not horrible just enought to probably kick me out of ketosis. Wasas and peanut butter. Today, I did, however, go out to lunch with a bunch of people and ate chicken ceasar salad, with the people I usually end up eating carbs with. SO I bees good there. But I am a little depressed. How are you? corky Re: a Off Topic > Hi Corky!!! > How U doing?? > Dianne > 163/146/138 > " The weakest among us can become some kind of an athlete, > but only the strongest can survive as spectators. Guest guest
a, I have the painful boob problem too, and it is hormonal for me. My meno list suggested taking vitamin B6 and E. Mind you, it takes a couple of months to start working. Also, this lasts about ten days for me, so if that is the case for you, continue your supplements as it will reoccur. I know how uncomfortable and miserable you are feeling, believe me!!! Just think, this too shall pass. I hope your mammogram comes out just fine, and whatever happens you are on top of things so all will be well.
