Guest guest
Maritza, You really need to get a copy of your post-op report to see what it says. . . If he left stuff behind, it may need to come out . . . or there may have been a spill during removal. Regardless, you're having some major issues that you need to address. The following are things to check: Diet - no sugar or refined grains - I recommmend "The Maker's Diet" Gentle exercise - there's a good chance you have fibromyalgia. If you don't move, it will get worse. . . If you do to much it will get worse. The key is to keep moving, but no overdo it. Yoga is great Hot Espom salt baths - this helps with muscle pain as well as draws toxins out of your tissues. You may need something to help you sleep. . . Sleep Time tea (Celestial Seasonings) is good . . . Magnesium helps. . . I've taken prescription Temazapam, 15 mg. for years without any side effects I'm aware of. Drink at least 1/2 ounce of non-chlorinated water per pound of body weight per day . . . Supplements to take - Calcium/Magnesium/Vitamin D (Blue Bonnet has a good High Potency Mineral supplement), Cod Liver Oil, a good Multi Vitamin, Milk Thistle, CoQ10 Treat for fungal issues . . . Did you see the ThreeLac spit test? . . . If it indicates a fungal issue, I recommend "The Yeast Connection". . . Garden of Life Fungal Defense, one bottle, followed by Primal Defense indefinitely. (There are other probiotics - look for a large VARIETY of organisms.) If you can get access, FAR infrared saunas are great! . . . Dr. Kolb has been offering ionic foot baths to her patients. . . The women who have been doing them are making good progress . . . see the photos in the archives. Manage stress and anger . . . It's tough - but both use energy your body needs to heal. . . Work at looking for the positive and overlooking the negative whenever possible. . . avoid toxic people . . . Get 15 minutes of sunshine a day . . . they're finding this is very important for overall health! Eating raw, crushed, fresh garlic can give you a big boost! . . . Garlic is a natural antifungal, antibiotic and antioxident. . .. Twelve cloves a day is considered a theraputic level! ( I can't handle that much though!) Avoid processed foods . . . eat organic whenever possible (frozen is good too) . . . eat a lot of veggies, easy on fruits . . . I'm running out of ideas - but I know some of the other ladies can add some ideas too. . . It may be that you still have capsules - but until you know - and if you do, can have them removed, doing everything possible to get rid of toxins and to give your body the nutrients it needs to heal, won't hurt. Hopefully it will give you the boost you need to start getting better. Hugs and prayers, Rogene
Guest guest
Rogene, The root canal issue started in May 2005, and my RIGHT knee started hurting really badly within months. Strangely, when my root canals were pulled, my knee pain (right knee only) went away completely. It has not returned. It was astounding to me. What is weird is that about 6 months ago, my LEFT knee started aching--it was a different kind of pain though. I can't explain it, other than to say my right knee hurt in one way, and it disappeared after the root canals were removed and has NOT RETURNED AT ALL. My left knee is hurting in a different manner altogether, like a burning aching feeling. My right knee was a painful stabbing feeling when I sat for long period of time and I would limp when I stood up. My left knee hurts more as a generalized ache and it has gone away since taking the adrenal supportive supplements. I can't explain it! I know it sounds silly, but I don't know what else to say about it, except that our bodies do what they want, when they want! PattyRogene S <saxony01@...> wrote: Patty . . .
