Guest guest Posted March 6, 2003 Report Share Posted March 6, 2003 I've been hearing about this quilt that someone is making and I also noticed that they are sending squares with names on them to someone to have them added to the quilt that someone in the group is making. I was wondering if the names on the squares were names of survivors, or those who lost their battle with this disease, OR are they just the names of the members of this group? If someone could please let me know what the quilt is being made for, that would be great! If the names on the squares that are being added to the quilt are names of survivors, could I possibly give someone my mom's name and have them make a square with her name on it? She will be a two year survivor in April of this year. I don't have my own sewing machine so I wouldn't be able to make my own square to add to the quilt. My mom doesn't have a yahoo ID, so you would probably have to use mine or want to, either way. Thanks!
