Karyn,

Can you tell me exactly which link isn't working so I can fix it?

Which Pecanbread page is the link on?

You make the yogurt, 24 hours later you put it in the fridge for 8

hours, then you drip it.

I have never tried using it instead of DCCC, but maybe someone else

knows about that.

Karyn,

We always suggest that kids who have had cow's milk sensitivity (in

any form) start with goat milk products. I know that some of the kids

have been able to switch to cow's milk products later. Some have not

been able to. Some kids have not even been able to tolerate goat milk

products. Some parents have been using nut based yogurt.

Each child is different.

If she is tolerating cow's yogurt now, it should be fine for her.

Will your daughter eat pancakes?

What will she eat?

Maybe we can help you with ideas for the intro diet.

french fries

speghetti

eggs (sometimes)

yogurt (sometimes)

ramen noodles

grilled cheese sandwhiches

hamburger bun w/o the burger

Okay. You can make spaghetti with no noodles or you can try using

spaghetti squash and see if she will accept that or the zucchini noodles.

Eggs are fine.

Yogurt, also fine as long as you make it according to BTVC.

Grilled cheese sandwiches, also fine as long as you make the bread

yourself and you use a legal cheese on them.

Now, hamburger bun without the burger... that's a tricky one. I don't

see any direct substitute for this. What about a donut? Would she

like that?

Will she eat pancakes or muffins/cupcakes at all?

You said yes to pancakes, but no to muffins.

And that she doesn't like sweets.

That would be my guess as to why she doesn't like muffins, too sweet.

Try making the chicken pancakes. They are not sweet.

Also, check the website for the other pancake recipes. Choose ones

without honey or leave the honey out.

Also, the pumpkin pie filling is good without the honey. It turns out

more like pumpkin bread, but it isn't sweet.
