Guest guest
I'm hoping to get brave and if I do chocolate warm drinks to do it the Mayan way with coco, cayenne and reduce the sugar. Maybe I'll get a good heart effect from that. The chocolate would be OK if I didn't have the sugar that is my true addiction. I now have stevia in my cupboard and a friend from church gave me the names of stevia cookbooks - so I will investigate those. I know that my Beta-endorphines lift along with some other mood compounds in my brain - so I'm getting ready to research what I can eat or herbs to take.
