Lovell

I am at the hospital today. I was not going to return but they have sent me a

letter inviting me in. My attitude is much more reserved this time since I

exprect little. I am going to tell them frankly what I want which is

1)  A consultant that is using Dr Ebringers diet already

2) It written on the front page of my file that I cannot take antidepressants,

NSAIDs nor any medication containing either sugar or starch

3) A scan on my hip and small bowel

4) And a correct diagnosis

I am expecting them to try to faff me off, but I will just repeat myself, after

all what do I have to loose, I am already doing OK eating correctly and if they

offer me nothing I have lost nothing and if they offer me one of these things I

have gained

A new law has just come out in the UK stating that services cannot be refused to

people simply because they are a carer. If he starts all that stuff about it

being in my head because I look after my husband he has had it. I am even taking

a document with me regarding this law

I do not have the energy to be fighting with the NHS but i am not going to be

bullied any more

Keep working with this stuff Lovell because one day you might have documents

that will back up your argument

Thanks Joanne and Jean.  I intend to keep up the calcium and magnesium.  I

have

been reading how important the magnesium is and I don' t think that I have to

worry about my doctor telling me about it.Last time I was in I had made a list

of what I thought was thyroid symptoms.  He looked it over and basically made a

joke of it.  I made the mistake of telling him that I was looking for something

natural to boost my thyroid but that I have to be careful because I am on

Coumadin.  Well that was a BIG mistake.  I should have known not to mention

the

word NATURAL.

Lovell,

Keep up with magnesium. It is a foundation to help with absorbtion of many

nutrients and many cutting edge drs say it really helps with fybro. It is one of

the 2 ingredients in Corvalen M. Google magnesium or look on youtube because it

is very necessary for so much in the body and it helps alleviate much fybro

pain.

Love,

Jean
