Hi,

I found this link through someone's post in Bee's group. It mentioned wheat,

corn, milk, and soy. The problem was not just the gluten, but the glutamic acid,

and the estrogen problems in these foods. There is a link too to the site about

msg in so many foods. I am going to have to give up any fast food places, and

try to be even more careful of restaurants. I ask for no seasoning, but hope

that is enough. Many places marinate meats. There was a mention of acupuncture

as helping pain because it blocked glutamate, and advil does that as well.
