Anyone does rice milk have gluten?

I am going completely gluten free after seeing the vid Joanne. This guy is

really smart and I don't care if he's an MD or ND, or neither. He's very up on

things as I studied much about thyroid, hashi's, fybro, and on and on and he is

so smart.

I'm off the gluten as it is similar to the thyroid in it's makeup and can

trigger an attack on the the thyroid epideral tissue as the antibodies react to

attack the gluten and then attack the thyroid because it's similar to the

gluten. That is a shocking revelation to me. Whooaaa. I'm so lucky I'm doing

this diet.
