Maybe she just needs a 3 days rest or longer from the meds. Mayne she can resume after a week.

Just a guess here, but I doubt a month after explant she is still on pain

meds and fungal medications wouldn't cause emotional problems.

Lynda,

Yes that sounds like you are on track.... But taking two different antifungals is only going to make you herx and get sick... Or to many supplements that you don't need, or guess you may need them.... That is all I am saying.....

Gretchen,

Are you saying you're still on pain meds?

If so, they really need to go! . . . They can really bring you down!

Instead, take a good Calcium/Magnesium/Vitamin D supplement . .. I'd recommend Blue Bonnet High Potency Minerals. Use the amount recommended on the bottle.

Nevertheless, if you are on pain meds, reduce them slowly . . . Stopping cold turkey could bring on a crisis.

I take up to 30 supplements a day. In the beginning, I took about 50

and every time I quit taking them, I went downhill. I was just not

absorbing my nutrients. I do better now, and sometimes skip some of

them and just take 6 or 7. I make sure I always take a multi and

calcium and D and magnesium and digestive enzymes.

Gretchen .. I might be reaching here ... you did list you had been over drinking ... for goodness sakes, don't drink (party) .. I was shocked to know that you are only 26. I am very sorry about that. Depends on how much you drink ... staying out very late ... not eating well ... hangover !!! We all know what a hangover feels like ...

Several years ago I would go out and drink wine ... one night ... with friends ... it took me several days to get back to normal ... I didn't realize just how bad that was for me until after cancer diagnosis.

Gretchen. . .

Yeast/fungus can invade your ENTIRE body - including your brain . . . That's why it's so important that you get it under control . ..

And, yes, you will feel worse before you feel better . . .

Just drink a lot of water and do everything possible to keep yourself in a positive frame of mind.

Stress makes fungal problems worse.

Stress makes everything else worse too!
