Guest guest
Well, it is exactly one year since I found out I have diabetes. Have lost the amount of weight needed and my numbers are under control. I know I need to continue exercising and wondered what is the amount needed or suggested to help keep the bg under control. I ride my exercise bike about 25km on weekdays and walk on the treadmill for about 1/2 an hour. Is that enough? Janet

If you should eat more carbs during the holidays, you may need to exercise more. Testing will let you know. You're doing great.
