Guest guest Posted July 25, 2004 Report Share Posted July 25, 2004 Hi My name is Krystie. I would like your help if you can please. I think that I am hypthyroid but I have not been diagnosed yet. I would like to know what blood tests to ask for. Would TSH, Free t4 free t3 and thyroid antibodies be the right tests to ask for? I will be having my family doctor order the tests. He has tested me before but obviously he didn't test right tests because I have a copy of the test and he only tested TSH and and t4. He is more than willing to order tests for me he just doesn't know anything about thyroid disorders. If my family doctor is willing can he prescribe Armour? I also have feet pain which I thought I understood could have to do with a thyroid problem. I have had bunion, bone spur, hammer toe and neuroma surgery on both feet and my feet still hurt. I am only 24 years old. I would appreciate any thoughts/suggestions you have. I plan on asking my doctor on monday for the blood tests.
