Guest guest
Please drop those old " you know what " pancakes. Are we looking at just waiting a few days to Warm the 'cold turkey " transition? Guest guest
Try a Peanut Butter pancake, recipe was posted yesterday or this morning on the list. people start SCD at once or gradually from GFCF. It's your choice. If you are going to keep using the old pancakes it just means going slower on to total SCD.
