Please drop those old " you know what " pancakes. Are we looking at just waiting

a few days to Warm the 'cold turkey " transition?

Try a Peanut Butter pancake, recipe was posted yesterday or this morning on

the list.

people start SCD at once or gradually from GFCF. It's your choice. If you

are going to keep using the old pancakes it just means going slower on to

total SCD.

I'm not Ann but boy those pancakes sound good, real Pennsylvania Dutch!
