holy cow, gracie was the one who told me about the psc group, too!!! for much of 2000 i was in the *wrong* group (can't think of it now, but it was either an internet colitis group, or an internet group for PBC), and she eventually invited me over to/suggested the "right" place. turns out jim had been lurker status all along and just never shared that info with me, the wife.

*sigh* gotta love that jim.

what a sweetheart gracie was/is. i miss her.

ttfn,

maureen

I can just imagine how many will be in the group by 2005 and how many people will be helped by all the information that we have stored up. There was one other person that was in the group from the beginning, Gracie from Boston. I met her online through the CCFA: Crohn's & Colitis Foundation of America. She is the one that told me about the original PSC website The Primary Sclerosing Cholangitis Support WWWeb Page that was started by and I joined right away. I wanted to find out as much information about PSC that I could. My GI wasn't telling me a whole lot.Gracie's husband Ed was the one with the PSC and UC. He had some major problems the entire time that she was with the group. She started her on website about Ed and PSC and she eventually left the group after Ed died from liver cancer. It was such a shock because I was able to meet them when I was on a trip to Boston. They were such a beautiful couple and Gracie helped provide a lot of valuable information to the group. Also, thanks for posting the pictures for all the members. We do appreciate all that you do. I hope you have a very safe and fun New Year.Larry, 53, Baltimore, UC95, PSC96
