Guest guest
I am wondering if fibromyalgia could cause weak muscles -- and leg muscles particularly. I have been told very confidently that muscle weakness is caused by thyroid problems, adrenal fatigue, hormone imbalance, gluten intolerance, food allergies and on and on. Over the past 4 years, I have chased down all of these possibilities -- to no avail. Does anyone have any experience with muscle weakness that was improved or cured by tackling fibro?? I have had fibro for many years, but only in the past 4 years have I been dealing with muscle problems. My muscles are tight and crampy, but also weak. I can walk decently, but can't stand still for more than 5 minutes or so because of weakness. Any input would be appreciated!! Amy
